Edit/Cancel your order
We always like to help you. This is also applicable if you want to edit or cancel your order. Unfortunately, we can’t grant every wish. In some cases, it’s no longer possible for us to change the order as requested. This may be due to that your order already is being processed or just has been handed over to the carrier.
- Order already in progress? Please get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities.
- Is your order ready to be shipped? Your parcel is already in the sorting process. We can no longer change anything to your order.
- The order has been shipped and you received a Track & trace number? Again, changing or cancelling your order is no longer possible.
In case changing or cancelling your order is no longer possible, you may either refuse the parcel at your door or inform us after delivery to return your order. We would appreciate it if you want to refuse the parcel at the door to let our customer services department know beforehand. This enables us to process the return parcel efficiently and effectively.
The product is broken/damaged during delivery or received wrong product
Did you receive a broken or damaged product? Obviously not our intention. We explain below what you can do so we can make things right.
In the case of a damaged or broken product, please notify us as soon as possible. Preferably within 3 business days after receiving your order. Please submit a return request online first so that we are able to serve you accordingly and as fast as possible. You can submit a request via sending an email.
If you received a product which is damaged, we also want to sort things out with the carrier. That’s why it’s important that you send photographs of the damage within 3 business days after your return request has been confirmed.
WE have sent you a wrong product? No, problem. We can exchange it and send you the right product. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will prepare the right product for you. You just need to send us the received wrong product back. We wont charge you with any extra shipment cost this time.
If you wish, you can request a refund. Still, you need to return the product.
The product is NOT broken or damaged but you still want to return it
You may still return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. However, you are obligated to send back the product, in original state as you had received.
You may choose a replacement or refund.
If you choose a replacement, As the first step, let us know as soon as possible. You have 14 working days to return the product. The returned product must be intact, without any damage and in its original state. If the returned product meets these conditions, we will send you the replacement right away.
Is there any price difference, you are supposed to pay the difference plus the shipment cost of the replacement. If you choose a cheaper replacement, we will pay you the difference.
If you choose refund, you still need to send back the product in its original state. If the returned product meets these conditions, the refund will be issued right away and you will receive the payment in your bank account within 3-5 working days. However, we will deduct shipment cost from refund payment.
Therefore, before placing your order, please be sure about your choice. If you need a help about your order, you can always contact us before placing your order. We will gladly assist you in this regard.
